I went to Pinus Sawmills yesterday and purchased some treated pine logs. Unfortunately the chap on the forklift mistakenly loaded 3m rather than the 3.6m lengths I ordered. I live 130km from their yard but they still delivered the correct length to me this morning to fix the mistake. I didn't believe such after sales service still existed. Everyone makes mistakes but going to these lengths to make good so quickly is simply outstanding. Forget going anywhere else for your building supplies. These guys are the best. ~ Doug A

I started using these guys late last year as my ColorBond Fencing suppliers, they have better prices for better product and would always deliver ColorBond free for me. Saved me and my trailer and heap of time and effort. Business wouldn't be what it is without them. ~ J L

Fast service, helpful staff and quality supplies at a good price. Check out their website before you arrive so you know exactly what you want and you'll be in/out in minutes. Just remember to stock up on the way home on Friday arvo since they aren't open on the weekend. ~ Adam

Great price on colorbond fencing kits, was better than 3 online prices without there delivery and by picking it up myself I saved more. 3000 better off than the quote the neighbour got to buy and install. Just have to get my diy on looks pretty easy on the online videos. ~ david j

not sure why i havent done this the past 2 times we have bought from Pinus.....massive over site on my behalf. Pinus is exactly what the DIY person needs it to be. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable the Website is simple to navigate Payment is direct bank deposit Prices are great Delivery is a must I can place an order at 11am on on a Thursday and its in my yard on Friday Morning. (providing that bank transfer is complete) And i mean in my yard. The delivery Truck drivers skill is without question. 3 separate times now. over multiple years I've had massive loads of materials delivered into yard from the flat bed to the work site in our residential property. The time and energy saving for these deliveries is worth $$ and massively apricated. Its been 18 months since our last project with Pinus and I wondered if this would still be true. Not only was it true, this legend of a driver, knew our house, the method for how the previous delivery was made. This time I made it harder again he hit it out of the park again. Zero fuss. Total Professional! Truly grateful to Pinus and their team. pictured bundle from today and some of the materials in use from last time around. Excellent customer service - I mixed up the colour of the fencing product I bought and Pinus took the return and provided the right colour without any hassle. They even refunded me for useable lengths on already cut items. Highly recommend. ~ Rachael H
